HSE Officer Very Urgent !!!!

We need on an urgent basis to have one HSE officer to report. The HSE officer shall have a minimum of 8 - 10 years experience, and his JD would be as following: Please send the immediate CVs for further evaluation. Mobilization as soon as possible as required by the End-user, proposal will be expect today as early as possible. Roles & Responsibilities S. No. Responsibility Coordinating and actively participating in plant activities while maintaining focus to overall company objectives and consistency through HSE management Conducting tool box talks (if required), HSE awareness session and on-field HSE meetings with staff and contractors. Improve the unsafe act/conditions and Near misses reporting, recording and participating in investigations. Working with operations and maintenance employees to promote permit to work system and ensure the safety of everyone involved in the processes. Assisting field staff and contractors in the caring and inspection of their PPE and ensure PPE compliance in the field. Responsible for recording and reporting of all incidents including employees’ injuries. Supporting Corporate HSE programs, e.g. People-Based Safety, 5S and Zero incident process, etc. Inspections of equipment logbooks and records e.g. scaffolding, ladders, cranes, tools, work equipment, power tools etc. Supporting the HSE incentive program and other promotional programs e.g. Safety day, World environment day or HSE campaigns as announced by Corporate. Promoting the HSE Observation and Communication programs involving owner and contractors HSE officers Inspection of portable fire extinguisher, safety eye-wash / shower station and keeping their maintenance records. (if required) Assisting HSE Engineer in risk assessment process and maintenance of identified control measures Offering support to Incident controller as a part of the emergency response team Supporting Corporate Environmental programs as required e.g. waste management, plantation, spill control etc Conduct walk around checks regularly to monitor HSE controls Ensure availability of first aid measures at locations Ensure availability of firefighting equipment and inspection of its status Collection of environmental deviations and ensure identification, implementation of corrective actions Coordinate HSE emergency drills and reports Ensure work areas continuous monitoring and presence of controls on identified risks. Provide induction training to new employees, visitors and contractors/subcontractors. Ensure the availability of medical facilities and medicines in the ambulance Monitor the validity of certification of equipment and operator license Perform other HSE duties as assigned time to time.
