BM-Architects is an experience designing team focused on design and creative conceptualized projects. If you are a strong design focused Architect who is keen to work on a creative project from concept to completion, this could be for you. This firm has an exciting new projects and is looking to build a new team of talented designers. You’ll be working on design team with computer-aided design skills, prepares complete sets of construction drawings and detailing, presentations and designing. job Responsibilities 1 Architect who is proficient in schematics, conceptual design, detailed design, manual rendering, computer-aided presentations, preparation of bid documents, preparation of design criteria, preparation of BOQs, preparation of technical specifications, and preparation of complete working drawings ​He must be able to accurately assess cost and time particulars for proposals preparation. ​He must be able to set drafting standards for all the disciplines. He must be able to oversee drawings production. ​He must be able to communicate well with prospective clients and the design team. ​He must be willing to travel and coordinate with site construction team. ​He must be willing and able to represent the company during meetings, expositions, and the like. ​He must be computer-literate at expert level in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, VRay, SketchUp, Photoshop, and the like; and can utilize software in combinations professionally. ​He must be knowledgeable of KSA standards. Experience in getting approvals from Baladiyah, Civil Defense, Modon, and other government agencies is preferable. ​He must be fluent in English.
