Degree qualified, 5 years plus experience in similar role, Banking experience if possible. NEBOSH or similar, experience in ISO JOB REQUIREMENTS: o Qualified in Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent) and ISO o Industry related degree o Minimum 7 years working experience in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years’ experience in a senior role o Strong leadership skills o Interpersonal skills, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities. o Perfect command of spoken and written English o Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 o Strong experience of internal and external auditing to assess level of compliance o Good knowledge of performance based contracts – SLA and KPI regimes o Strong auditing skills and experience (internal and external) KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: o Develop and implement auditing regime to ensure that all SLA and KPI’s are measured monthly o In conjunction with the Facilities manager, develop reporting formats to present findings and justify performance levels o In conjunction with the Facilities manager, agree ‘pain/gain’ share to be applied against each service provider o In conjunction with Asset manager, develop dashboard style reports to provide ‘real time’ status on performance. Develop and implement a ‘heads up’ programme o In conjunction with Asset manager, develop and implement various customer satisfaction surveys/metrics. Develop, prepare and present dashboard style reports on same (periodic and trend) o In conjunction with HOD or supply chain representative, develop improvement action plan and manage implementation of same o To provide mentoring, training, management and guidance to team in accordance with contract and work within the guidelines of the client’s and company’s related policies o Champion the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) related activities and programs in accordance with company ISO accreditation and IMS policies and procedures o Carry out regular building safety inspections and advise on corrective action required o Carry out quarterly fire safety inspections of the buildings and advise on corrective action required o Help to develop and implement related training programme and modules to C&W and supply chain staff o Develop and deliver site induction programme for C&W and supply chain staff o Provide periodic and ad hoc reports as required to agreed format and timing o Other subject related duties as appropriate and required ACCOUNTABILITIES: o Establish and maintain good working relationships and lines of communication with client and supply chain representatives o Management of staff, vendors and supply chain from a performance perspective o Conduct regular service and systems audits o Strive for continuous improvement in staff technical and management competency o Implement the necessary systems and processes to ensure zero LTI’s for the C&W personnel o Assist in the preparation and review plant operation, emergency plan, contingency plan, annual plan etc as required o Conduct weekly/daily team pass-down meetings and update staff of major works, project activities, contract performance and organization goals o Training and development of staff in line with agreed training schedules o Provide effective subject related technical advice and solutions to client o Introduce continued improvement and optimization operation of Facility systems o Perform emergency support duty, if required o Assist and support in the Operational execution according to the Contract Documents.
