month - Studio Apt at FAL Residential Compound (Riyadh)

I would like to handover/transfer the lease contract for a fully furnished studio flat in a western compound (FAL Residential Compound) on exit 8. I will hand over on the 15th of sept. friday. My contract term is ended on the 22nd of October. So there is more than 1 month left on the lease. The monthly rental rate will be 2500SAR till 22nd of October. If the contract is renewed by the new tenant, the rent will be 39200 SAR yearly or 22300 SAR for 6 month period.
