Multinational company is hiring Logistics operations team leader/operations supervisor

Description: Provides first level of supervision to the warehouse by administering work direction and guidance through ensuring associate quality and safety, product and material availability and general warehouse conditions meet standards. Maintains process and inventory performance indicators and communicates condition to the leadership chain.  Manage associates immediate needs through work direction, time and attendance application and daily production operation.  Monitor and confirm associate quality level using operation manual sheets (OMS),  Maintain pre- and post- shift records clearly demonstrating shift performance, associate time and attendance and pass down communications.  Monitor process performance by confirming visual delivery control indicators and maintain KPI charts for quality, productivity and plan.  Analyse the warehouse job output and react by requesting staffing support based on the results.  Ensure effective communication with all team members one-on-one and analyse information to provide a timely report to the leadership chain.  Investigate parts shortage situations and communicate situation to high delivery %, contacting key members in other areas, and completing necessary report.  Responsible for daily coaching and mentoring of associates, providing positive and negative feedback on performance behaviours, creating and maintaining performance documentation throughout the year, and the creation and administration of the performance review document.  Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers  Qualifications  Bachelor Degree  Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse / logistics environment  Expert in MS Office Suite productivity tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint)  Experience in business intelligence visualization tools (Mede/Analytics, Tableau)  A high degree of self-motivation  Knowledge of data analysis and modelling techniques.  Knowledge of standard industry ERP technologies   Analysis and planning skills to identify warehouse deficiencies, develop solutions and implement time sensitive changes.
