I would like to give a room on rent with A.C and bathroom/toilet, with separate entrance, in a new and clean building, which is located near Badruddin Supermarket, opposite to Al-Noor mall. Restaurant, Masjid, General Store, 24 hour Supermarket and Shopping Malls are very near at walk-able distance. Ring road (daayri) is very near and it is an ideal location because one can go anywhere through Ring road without traffic and signals. This is outside the expansion area so one can stay for long term. I am looking for a decent Indian executive bachelor. The building is new and very clean, without any water or other problems, and the area is peaceful & very good. The price of it is 850 Riyal per month.
