Excellent location for Ring road access and Ramadan busses to the Haram. Nice neighbors and landlord. We enjoy the location so much that we will continue to rent a smaller flat in the building. Water included, (except in Ramadan and hajj when additional water needs to be ordered). Move in at the beginning of the month. We are paid until Ramadan. So are requesting 2500 for two months rent and 2000 riyals for 2 AC's and the kitchen. Total 4500 to move in. Contract from Ramadan with the landlord can be negotiated. Other household items we may consider selling with the flat if interested.
