ed Indian or Philippine Civil Engineer (Experienced with Aramco)

Looking for an Indian / Philippine civil engineer who knows Aramco system where he can download the bids and make quotations for them and upload it to their system. After getting the project from Aramco he should implement the whole project under his supervision. He will be responsible for any governmental work from A to Z with Aramco, sceco, KFUPM and royal commission in jubail.
