The rent was 14000/Year for me but for new contract it is 13500( Excluding Water charges). You can still negotiate more with Owner . The rent is paid till 8th November, so you have to pay me the rent up to that time. The location of the Apartment is really great. Everything you need is within 1 to 5 blocks away. Best thing is that I am not selling any Household Items. I am giving a big Cupboard, a small cupboard and a single wooden bed for free(Pics are attached). Terms of Payment: Every 6 Months
