(withTransferable Iqama) Takamul Project Management Company a specialized, integrated project management firm dedicated to promoting and providing the project management service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC, is currently hiring project management professionals to fill the following positions in KSA: 1. PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 15 years of total experience. • Has sound experience in Project management for at least 10 years in Saudi Arabia and GCC. • Has experience in Project Management of Residential, Commercial and Hospital projects. • Has a degree in Civil engineering or Architecture. Preferably PMP certified. • Working with consultants (Project Management Consultancy Experience) • Fluent both in Arabic and English • Must have transferable Iqama. ROLE To achieve all of the project goals while considering the predefined three project constraints – the Scope, the Time, and the Budget: 1. During the project – Leading full-scale of project plans and executions: • Managing all aspects of the project business plan and budget. • Leading the operational, financial and technical aspects of the project based on timelines and work plans. • Directing, supervising and supporting the project team members/staff. • Tracking project deliveries using project management tools. • Managing the project during Design phase • Managing the Project during Construction phase • Manage the project documents to monitor project performance and data stored. • Resolving, tracing and escalating critical issues to minimize project risk factors. • Monitor QA/QC of the project. • Communicating intensively with client and all stakeholders to establish cordial/effective working relationship. • Reporting on the project progress and issues • Performing the Initial acceptance and Final acceptance procedures. 2. Project Close Out: • Ensuring that the financial issues finalized. • Coordinating the lesson learned process. • Followed up with clients to verify satisfaction. SAFETY ENGINEER Minimum experience of 7 years Minimum experience of 3 years in Saudi Arabia Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Have additional certifications in safety Experience in Construction projects Experience in hospital projects Experience in urban environment with limited spaces and traffic Experience in noise and dust control Must have transferable Iqama OTHER POSITIONS: 1. MEP Engineer - Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering - PMP certified - Min. experience of 10 years as MEP engineer - Min. experience of 5 years in KSA - Preferably with project management consultancy background - Fluent both in Arabic and English - Has transferable iqama 2. Project Engineer - Decree in Civil Engineering - PMP certified - Min. experience of 10 years - Min. experience of 5 years in KSA - Preferably with project management consultancy background - Fluent both in Arabic and English - Has transferable iqama 3. Planning Engineer - Decree in Civil Engineering - Proficient in P6 - PMP certified - Min. experience of 10 years - Min. experience of 5 years in KSA - Preferably with project management consultancy background - Fluent in English - Has transferable iqama 4. QA/QC Engineer - Decree in Civil Engineering - Have certification in quality control - Min. experience of 10 years - Min. experience of 5 years in KSA - Preferably with project management consultancy background - Fluent in English - Has transferable iqama 5.
