ITProject Engineer/Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and delivery of all projects undertaken within the approved budget, resource and time frame. 1. Single accountable party for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given project and or strategic initiative. 2. Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan 3. Prepare, define, approve and manage the project scope of work, resource plan, its goals and deliverables. 4. Maintain a master resource plan for the best utilization of the resources. 5. Select and implement a project management system with work flow and reporting 6. Maintain change order with proper documentation and billing. 7. Create detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, project schedules, costs, and risk management plans 8. Integrates project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts 9. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure hardware and software solutions 10. Validate and approve the project contract with the interest of the company business objective. 11. Define the quality requirements of projects and apply the best practice of quality process to projects 12. Control time, resource and budget as well as monitor the progress of the project 13. Monitor and report on project progress, including cost, resource utilization, schedule, earned value analysis, issues and project risks. 14. Ensure the project goals are met and the customer business requirements are fulfilled 15. Lead project meetings and responsible for effectively communicating project status to stakeholders. 16. Manage customer relation and expectations, thus handle changes in an appropriate way in conjunction with the requirements for the projects as described in the project specification 17. Must track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to customer and line management as appropriate. 18. Project documentation, proper filing and version management 19.
