To Support Business Managers on their resource requirements PAN -KSA, Experience in talent acquisitionstrategies & planning, budgeting Designed, developed and implemented Talent Acquisition Process Manuals & Online Systems integrating Resource Request to Application Tracking System for governance. Experience in working closely with the leadership team including business leaders, partners and directors across the location Strong understanding of processes, metrics and QTC model (Quality hire in required Time at low Cost) Experience in working closely with corporate communication in promotional & advertising plans for lateral and college recruiting. HR Web- Updating the HR Web on the open position Recruitment Budget- Bring about cost effectiveness in the recruitment area regularly. HR procedures /follow up- Get the associates complete the online training modules as per the business requirement regularly. Periodic Review and End to End Release of Company Policies Benchmarking the existing policy against the policies of other companies across industries TA policy formulation including rehire, IJP, Referral scheme, JD Bank etc. Streamlining and optimizing TA related process for Onboarding, Induction, Buddy system, HR operations in lines with HR Compliance and audit
