HR Web- Updating the HR Web on the open position Recruitment Budget- Bring about cost effectiveness in the recruitment area regularly. HR procedures /follow up- Get the associates complete the online training modules as per the business requirement regularly. Periodic Review and End to End Release of Company Policies Benchmarking the existing policy against the policies of other companies across industries TA policy formulation including rehire, IJP, Referral scheme, JD Bank etc. Streamlining and optimizing TA related process for Onboarding, Induction, Buddy system, HR operations in lines with HR Compliance and audit
