Job Description Sales Executive - Saudi Arabia, Dammam & Riyadh (Job Number-Sales-17-02) Description Main Purpose of the Role To achieve the the sales targets of Rice & Sugar & Food Products and collection targets and ensure full efficiency on all transaction related to achievement of monthly sales activity.and to achieve set forth target by the management. Main Responsibilities - Responsible for capturing all sale leads, various market segments (like Saudi Kitchen, Bukhari Restaurants, Catering Companies, labour camps and whole sellers and key corporate accounts. - Ensures good coordination in distribution of FMCG for higher customer satisfaction. -Strong Ability & interpersonal Skills to establish a wholesalers Net Work and push sales to meet the monthly and daily sales target. - Responsible for highlighting any issues related to activities/accruals to Sales Head Office in KSA. - Informs van sales force on new product arrival and price changes. - Follow-up with sales teams / van salesman and ensures that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Regional Sales Manager on any delays or issues. - Transfers goods between warehouses in order to insure adequate customer servicing. - Ensure daily interaction and follow-up with GOTCO Business Services on Credit Notes posting and Disputes clearing. - Responsible for clearing Dispute Cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales teams. - Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings. - Controls Van Sales Representatives incentives. - Tabulates the monthly objectives for the sales force and compare with achievements. - Monitor the sales versus the promotion allocation quantities during consumer promotions by salesman and update Channel Managers/Regional Sales Managers accordingly. - Coordinates with the Channel Category Sales Development Manager to allocate quantities of premiums during consumer promotions to the salesmen and the different trade channel. - Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in assigned region/division. - Prepares sales force incentive according to directives given by the Head of Sales. - In charge of filing of all sales related documents & daily reporting - Responsible for preparing sales analysis by customer, channel, category and salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions. - Prepares at the end of each month the turnover evolution for the important customer (wholesalers and supermarket). - Handle daily collection from sales team and report to GOTCO, KSA Head Office. Requirements to Apply Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Sales Attitude: Service Oriented, Persistent and Proactive / anticipates. Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills, Multi-tasking, Time Management and Organizational Skills. Other: 5 to 8 years of Sales Administration,Sales Support, and / or Supply Chain experience. Having background in FMCG is mandatory specially in Rice, Sugar and Food Products .
