Area Sales Manager (Rice & Sugar& Food Products) Global Orbit Trading Company Ltd - Dammam MARKETING & SALES MANAGER : The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Marketing & Sales Manager will ensure the successful launching of all new products of the company and the commodities like Rice, Sugar & Barley. Ability to meet the sales target and should have minimum experience of 10 years in Saudi Arabia in Central & Eastern Region and should have excellent connection with super markets, wholesalers, catering companies. Job Description To qualify for this Job he should be able achieve monthly Area Sales Targets for himself and for his team that will be set forth by the management. He should be able to define key successful factor of Commodity Market in particular and Food Products Market in General. Maintains high level of exposure in the commodity market through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and written communications. Provides feedback to the VP (Operations) on changing market conditions, trends on the competitions. Presents monthly reports detailing activities undertaken and future plans in line with departmental or divisional budget. Assists with the training and development of marketing & Sales team and develops the marketing strategy & Sales plan for one year and on quarterly basis and manages of the marketing & Sales mix. Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures, correcting errors and problems; ensure that all team members adhere to the same quality standards. Build relationships with local market across his region and with the key players and maintain database of potential customers and maintain Market Selling Price data and trend. Develop activity schedule incorporating events, press releases and other announcements linked to key commodity market's events and activities. Respond to customer inquiries and information requests. Organize and meetings with market players and submit the customer call plan and marketing activities on weekly basis to VP (Operations). Provide detailed Market trend and competitor's strategy and how to deal with the competition and ensure that all the departments throughout the company including salesman adhere to the communication guidelines. Identify, develop and execute appropriate market & sales strategies for the company, in line with Company Policies & Procedures and develop Credit Agreement and all other relevant document to mitigate the risk of non-payment. Develop and execute sales & marketing activities for the company in accordance with l brand strategy and direction – including but not limited to online, offline and partnership marketing campaigns.
