Rent can be paid in 2 installments per year as 6620 SR / 6 months including Water bill as 120 SR / 6 months No Iqaari or No Mediator - Direct Owner [So No fee charges for contract change] SR 500 as Advance which will be reimbursed at the time of leaving the flat.
