Dsign Engineer for a well known Valve Manufacturing company in Dammam

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide engineering support in the design of Ball Valves, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Plug Valve and Butterfly Valve and to ensure compliance with regulatory including API-6D and other regulations.  Excellent in performing Engineering Calculations.  Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings release etc.  Knowledge of Actuator Selection, Calculations, Sizing for Hydraulic, Pneumatic or Electric actuators.  Knowledge on Material of Constructions (MOC) confirming to ASTM standards, for oil & gas applications.  Knowledge to perform basic Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of valves for NPD. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:  Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 6-8 years’ Experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years’ Experience.  Candidate must be From a Valve Manufacturing Company like AVK Valves, Pentair Valves, Audco India  3 to 5 Yrs. experience in Ball Valve & Industrial Valves  Experience in design and development of Valves .  Experience in Creo/Wildfire and AutoCAD is must.  Good communications skills with the ability to work in a team based setting.
