TY SURVEYOR CIVIL (FOR LOCAL TRANSFERABLE CANDIDATES ONLY)

An Investment Co., in Dammam is looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to oversee the projects executed by our contractors. Work Responsibilies: 1. Prepare & review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect, Contractor and/or the client; 2. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work; 3. Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies 4. Perform risk, value management and cost control 5. Advise on a procurement strategy 6. Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks 7. Prepare and analyse costings for tenders 8. Provide advice on contractual claims 9. Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports 10. Value completed work and arrange payments to contractors 11. Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use 12. Understand the implications of health and safety regulations. 13. Enable clients to initiate construction projects 14. Advise on the maintenance costs of specific buildings Experience: maximum 5years in the same field Education: Bachelor / Diploma in Quantity Survey.
