hitecture/Finishing Works Inspector-Urgent requirements

Branch of Sinohydro Corporation Company currently is undertaking two Saudi Aramco projects in South Dhahran. We are looking for finishing works inspector with the following requirements. 1-Housing project finishing works experience, expertise in CMU Wall, plastering, roof and ceiling systems, masonry, Gypsum board， Paint, Tile, Wet Areas, water proofing etc. 2-Transferable iqama or Arjeer is available from current sponsor 3-Priority is given to Saudi Aramco approved QC Architecture inspector or architecture degree holder. 4-shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as the International Building Code (IBC) or equivalent standards. As applicable for the work, he shall demonstrate thorough knowledge and proven ability in construction techniques with emphasis on soil mechanics, foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, building interiors, building finishes, roof systems, and asphalt.
