Responsibilities • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant • operations • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors • Organize and supervise shifts • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and • restaurant events • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices • Agreeing and managing budgets • Promoting and marketing the business • Overseeing stock levels • Producing staff rotations • Problem solving • Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports • keeping statistical and financial records • Assessing and improving profitability • Setting targets • Handling administration and paperwork • liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives. Key skills for Restaurant Managers • Excellent customer service skills • Commercial awareness • Flexibility • Dependable and reliable • Good interpersonal skills • Communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Organizational skills • Teamwork skills. • Multi-tasking Requirements • Proven work experience of 2-3 year as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant • General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role • Proven customer service experience as a manager • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge • Familiarity with restaurant management software • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills • Acute financial management skills • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or hospitality management or • culinary schooling is a plus. • Age : 30 to 35 years maximum. • Height must not be shorter than 5.5 (167 cm) or 5.6 (170.8 cm) • Experience: good experience in international restaurant chains (Mcdonalds, KFC,....) is a plus point. • Good looking & stable under pressure.
